HFLUX runs on prepaid credits rather than a monthly subscription. Every model rate is published below: video is billed per second, images per image, audio and prompt engines per call. Prices outside Korea are fixed in US dollars, so the amount charged does not move with exchange rates.

|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $10 | 1,350 credits | $0.00741 |
| Pro | $50 | 7,000 credits | $0.00714 |

Your 100 welcome credits are granted with your first top-up. They are added on top of the credits you purchase.
Payments outside Korea are processed through PayPal at the fixed prices above.
There is no monthly fee, no minimum spend and no recurring billing commitment. You top up when you need to, and months without production cost nothing.
Purchased credits stay valid for one year from the date of payment, and unused credits can be refunded within five years of payment. They are not reset each month. The full conditions are in the Terms of Service.
Video work arrives in bursts around individual projects. Paying a subscription through the months with no shoot did not fit that pattern, so the service was built around prepaid credits instead.
Credits actually deducted for one clip. The second line converts to money at the Pro pack rate ($50 for 7,000 credits). The most common setting, 1080p 15s, costs 1,305 credits ($9.32) on Seedance 2.0.

Raises the resolution of an existing video. Anything under 5 seconds is billed as 5 seconds, and frame rates above 30fps carry a multiplier (2x for 31–60fps, 4x for 61–120fps).

Billing follows the values that will actually be generated, not the values requested. If you pick a resolution or length a model does not support, the request is adjusted to the supported setting first and billed at that setting. The estimated cost is shown on screen before you generate.
With a reference video, billing is based on the length of the reference plus the length of the output, with a nine-second minimum.
The per-second rate is lower in this mode, but because the seconds are added together the total comes out higher than generating without a reference. The on-screen estimate already accounts for this.
If a generation fails or is rejected by the provider, the deducted credits are refunded automatically. If fewer items are produced than requested, the difference is refunded.
Credits spent on generations that completed normally are not refunded. AI output varies between attempts and the result is not guaranteed to be usable on the first try.
At 1080p the rate is 87 credits per second, so 15 seconds is 1,305 credits — about $9.32 at the Pro pack rate. At 720p the rate is 35 credits per second, so 15 seconds is 525 credits, about $3.75.
131 credits per second at 1080p, 54 credits per second at 720p and 25 credits per second at 480p. Clips run from 5 to 30 seconds. Seedance 2.5 does not offer 4K.
Gemini Omni 1.1 at 360p has the lowest per-second rate, 7 credits, but its length is fixed at 10 seconds, so one clip costs 70 credits. Among models with a length setting, Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480p and Wan 3.0 at 480p share the lowest rate at 9 credits per second, or 45 credits for a 5-second clip.
A common working pattern is to draft the whole sequence at a low resolution to check the flow, then regenerate only the final cut at full quality.
No. Under Article 6 of the Terms of Service, credits cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
How much does one credit cost?
Credits are sold in prepaid packs. The $10 pack gives 1,350 credits, the $50 pack 7,000, the $100 pack 14,050, the $300 pack 42,300, the $500 pack 70,550, the $700 pack 98,800 and the $900 pack 127,050 credits. That works out to roughly $0.0074 per credit on the smallest pack and $0.0071 on the largest.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. HFLUX has no monthly subscription, no minimum spend and no recurring billing commitment. You top up credits when you need them, so months without production cost nothing.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits stay valid for one year from the date of payment, and unused credits can be refunded within five years of payment. They are not reset each month.
Are there free credits when signing up?
Your 100 welcome credits are granted when you complete your first top-up. They are added on top of the credits you purchase, so a single first payment gives you both.
How is video billed?
Video is billed per second: the model's per-second rate times the number of seconds generated. Higher resolutions carry a higher per-second rate. Billing follows the values that will actually be generated rather than the values requested, so if you pick a resolution or length a model does not support, the request is adjusted to the supported setting first and billed at that setting.
Does adding a reference video change the price?
Yes. With a reference video, billing is based on the length of the reference plus the length of the output, with a nine-second minimum. The per-second rate is lower, but because the seconds are added together the total is higher than generating without a reference.
Which payment methods are supported?
Payments outside Korea are processed through PayPal at fixed US dollar prices, so the amount charged does not move with exchange rates. Payments inside Korea are processed in Korean won through Toss Payments.
What happens to credits if a generation fails?
If a generation fails or is rejected by the provider, the deducted credits are refunded automatically. If fewer items are produced than requested, the difference is refunded. Credits spent on generations that completed normally are not refunded.
